


Our kitchen is classic Italian. But sometimes we let ourselves be tempted to add a few new combinations on the menu.
We offer pasta dishes with our handmade fresh pasta with egg or hard grain flour. Also we serve classic and new interpreted antipasti and salads.The menu is primarily determined by the season and the freshness of the products. Some of our vegetables and fruits come directly from our garden in the Uckermark and then end up freshly picked in the pesto the salad or on the cake.
The olive oil we use is harvested by our own hands every year in October in Umbria.
Since our head chef Giuseppe is from Sardinia he is particularly familiar with the preparation of fish. You might find a dish with fish almost weekly on the menu.
Except for some of our classics, such as vitello tonnato and Tagliatelle al tartufo, the menu changes every week. For vegans and allergy sufferers, we can always prepare something spontaneously, as long as it is not offered on the menu.
Also we are very proud of our small selection of natural wines. Some of them are produced from our friends in italy and got directly imported to Berlin. Besides the Italian Wines you find a very small selection of natural wines from Germany, Austria or Hungary.
